- The BBC is the longest established news organisation in the UK. It provides news coverage of local, national and international events and provides many rss feeds which visitors can use to obtain constant updates to their personal computers.
- Wikipedia provides information on just about every topic imaginable and might be useful as a reading brief when researching new topics. It is available in over 250 languages and has a powerful search facility to help visitors find the information they require.
- Revenue and customers (which was formerly made up of the Inland Revenue and Customs and Excise) is the UK body responsible for taxes. It provides a wealth of information on both personal and corporate positions and also facilitates the registration for and submission of several common forms of taxation.
