Scope of Guarantee
The company formation guarantee shall apply to all purchases of our Director Class, Executive Class and Chairman Class company registration packages.
The guarantee is automatic and does not require the purchaser to carry out any actions whatsoever other than to supply us with the required information necessary for us to review and complete the setting up of the company.
This guarantee is applicable to UK private companies limited by shares which require a single class of shares to be issued upon incorporation.
The Guarantee
Omega Accountancy London Limited guarantee that they will conduct a review and register a limited company as provided by your instructions within two business days of you sending your instructions to us.
The definition of what constitutes instructions is the completion, submission and receipt of the online company formation application details form which you will be guided following payment for the service.
The two business days is defined as two complete days, each of which commence at 9am and finish at 5.30pm. If a company formation application details form is received on a Monday after 9.30, we guarantee the company will be set-up and that all electronic documents (the memorandum and articles of association and the certificate of incorporation) will be sent to your stated email address by 5.30pm on the Wednesday.
Failure by us to complete any of the above will automatically invoke the guarantee’s provisions.
Company Formation Guarantee Provisions
In the event that Omega Accountancy London Limited fails to incorporate the requested company within the time specified in the guarantee, we will do the following:
- Continue the incorporation and ensure that the company is registered in accordance with your original instructions.
- Refunds all monies paid to us for the company formation package including VAT.
