The following limitations and exclusions are to affect the agreement and exist in order to prevent abuses to the guarantee.
The two business days guarantee period shall commence once all information deemed necessary for the completion of the company formation by Omega Accountancy London Limited has been received.
Failure by the customer to supply any requested information will delay the commencement of the two business days until all details have been provided.
In the event that Companies House are unable to perform incorporations for whatever reason during the period from the initial customer purchase to the final delivery of the electronic company formations documents, the two business day period shall start at the end of such disruptions.
Omega Accountancy London Limited will use the data provided by the customer. We are in no way liable to any errors, omissions or miss-statements contained in any such information.
Where the company formation application is rejected in its entirety or in part Omega Accountancy London Limited will be held responsible where we have entered the information on the application in accordance with the details received by us.
The company formation guarantee provides for a completed incorporation and a refund of monies paid only. Omega Accountancy London Limited accepts no liability for any loss, whether direct or consequential which arises as a result of an incorporation not being accurately completed within the time stated.
